ML Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the research, development, evaluation, and optimization of advanced computer vision and deep learning algorithms.

2. Analyse unstructured data such as images and drive innovative solutions through image processing techniques.

3. Take ownership of driving computer vision solutions to meet and exceed customer requirements.

4. Lead deployment efforts of computer vision models on edge devices and optimize for performance.

5. Explore and pioneer new deep-learning algorithms and model families.

6. Develop production-ready, scalable computer vision applications and products.

Required Characteristics:

1. Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning,Deep Learning or related fields.

2. At least 4 years of hands-on experience in computer vision and/or deep learning and should have worked on at least 2 technologies like Object Detection, Image Classification, Object Tracking, Face detection recognition and OCR.

3. Expertise in machine/deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

4. Experience in training models through GPU computing using NVIDIA CUDA or on the cloud.

5. Expertise in Python and related packages like numpy, scikit-image, PIL, OpenCV, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.

6. Must have excellent Object-Oriented Programming & logical analysis skills in Python.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead projects independently.

8. Must have good communication skills.

Preferred Characteristics:

1. Expertise  in model inference libraries like Onnx,Onnxruntime.

2. Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.

3. Experience in model optimization techniques and memory usage reduction for production deployment.

4. Familiarity with cloud computing environments such as AWS or Azure.

5. Experience with model serving using Flask/Flask API, torchserver.
