Shift Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (with flexible start time, up to 10:30 AM)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager / Head of IT to lead and scale our IT infrastructure, security, and operations in a fast-growing AI product company. The ideal candidate will ensure robust, secure, and scalable IT systems that support high-performance computing, data-intensive applications, and rapid product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the organization’s IT roadmap aligned with business and product goals Lead IT infrastructure planning for AI/ML workloads (cloud, GPU environments, etc.) Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement Build and mentor a high-performing IT team.

2. Infrastructure, Networking & Operations Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of systems Manage DevOps collaboration for CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments Implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans.

3. Cybersecurity & Compliance Establish and enforce IT security policies, frameworks, and best practices Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.) Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation Manage endpoint security, access controls, and data protection.

4. AI/ML Infrastructure Awareness & Support Support infrastructure for data pipelines, model training, and deployment Optimize compute resources (GPU/TPU clusters, distributed systems) Collaborate with data science and engineering teams.

5. IT Operations & Support Oversee IT helpdesk and end-user support

Manage enterprise tools (email, collaboration tools, identity management) Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes.

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and service providers Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and product teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field

10+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in product-based or tech companies’ ion-making under pressure.
