Job roles and responsibilities:

· Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts such as License agreement, service agreement, vendor agreement, alliance agreements etc.

· Drafting of consultant agreement, employment agreement, consent letters etc.

· Experience in drafting policies such as privacy policy, CCPA , GDPR and DPDP policies.

· Coordinating with external counsel, advising and assisting the company in filing Intellectual Property documents.
