Project Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate the execution of AI-driven computer vision solutions across multiple industries. The role involves supporting simultaneous PoCs, product solution development, and deployments, while coordinating cross-functional teams working across multiple projects.

The Project Coordinator will ensure structured execution of projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, track deliverables, and provide visibility to leadership. The coordinator should track deployment readiness and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution

• Coordinate execution of AI-based computer vision projects, including PoCs, pilot programs, and production deployments.

• Manage multiple parallel projects across different industries and use cases.

• Organize and attend project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up

• Track project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.

  
  

Agile Project Management

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Maintain sprint boards and track task progress across multiple teams.

• Ensure adherence to Agile project management practices.

  
  

Cross-Team Coordination

• Coordinate with AI engineers, software developers, product teams, and deployment teams on PoC/Projects/Deployment progress and status.

  
  

PoC & Solution Development Tracking

• Monitor progress of AI model development, PoC testing, and validation cycles.

• Track dataset readiness, model evaluation milestones, and solution readiness for deployment.

  
  

Deployment Coordination

• Support planning and coordination of solution deployments at client locations.

• Track readiness for hardware, software integration, and deployment activities.

  
  

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare weekly project reports, dashboards, and presentations and provide status updates

• Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

  
  

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.

• Escalate issues and track resolution.

• Documentation

Maintain structured documentation including:

• project plans

• sprint reports

• risk register

• deployment readiness

• lessons learned

  
  

Must Have

• 5+ years experience in Project Coordination / Project Management in a software product or technology company.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and iterative product development.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• Good at Microsoft Excel, Power point, word document.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

  
  

Good to Have

• Experience working with AI / Computer Vision / Machine Learning projects.

• Understanding of AI PoC lifecycle and model iteration workflows.

• Experience coordinating technology deployments at client locations.

• Experience working with global or enterprise clients.

• Exposure to cloud platforms or AI deployment infrastructure.

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.

• Certification in Scrum (CSM / PSM) or PMP.
