Qualification

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in computer science, data science, machine learning, or a related field.

Experience - 6 to 8 years

Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Developer or Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of projects and models.

• Proficiency in machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.

• Experience with deep learning and neural networks.

• Familiarity with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Machine Learning Model Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate machine learning models, including deep learning, ensemble methods, and other techniques.

• Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering: Clean, preprocess, and transform data for machine learning purposes. Engineer relevant features and perform data analysis.

• Algorithm Design: Design and experiment with new machine learning algorithms and approaches to solve complex problems.

• Model Optimization: Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

• Deployment: Deploy machine learning models into production, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

• Testing and Evaluation: Design and conduct experiments to evaluate model performance. Fine-tune models as needed.

• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and AI and apply innovative techniques to projects.

• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for models, code, and processes.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Working days : Monday to Friday.
